Things here at Bridal Gems are finally starting to wind down a little, this summer has seen a big growth in business and we've been continually expanding our operations to make sure we delivered all orders on time. We always aim to deliver orders for UK customers in a few days, and over the busy summer period we've scored pretty well on this front. Approximately 94% of orders were delivered within 3 working days and over 60% were delivered in 2 working days.
The quieter winter months will give us time to make some changes to the website and get some updates done that we've been planning for a while now. Hopefully there won't be much disruption during the upgrades and if there is we'll be keeping this blog live and updated with the latest information.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers over the past few months for their continued support, we understand that with out you, bridal gems would not exist. We do hope that all your big days have gone well, or if they're still in the pipeline that all your plans are progressing well.

Telephone Orders

Thanks to our new streamline credit card processing facility, we're now happy to accept payments and orders by telephone. It's still much easier if you place your order online and select the telephone payment option, but we can process the complete order over the phone if you want. Irish Dancing Tiaras

We've just launched our new Irish Dancing Tiaras website. As the name suggests we've brought together a collection of tiaras that were popular with our Irish dancing customers and we've built a whole new website for them. The site has been in development for some time but now it's live and ready to promote the Irish Dancing side of the business. We hope this is useful for customers looking for specific tiaras, and in the future we plan to develop sites for other unique markets.
