There are many advantages buying from a website rather that a bricks and mortar shop, however there are of coarse many disadvantages also. One of the biggest concerns our customers expressed was the inability to chat to an assistant without having to telephone us, with this in mind we have introduced out latest communication initiative which is a fully functional live help system.
Every time an assistant is online the live help box on the site will turn green and once clicked by the customer, a one on one chat screen will be opened where both the customer and the sales assistant will be able to type in their comments live. The chat can be ended at any time by either party and a copy of the transcript can be requested by email so you have a record of the conversation.
If no sales assistant is available the box will turn red and show as offline, when clicked in this state the customer can leave a message, for the assistant and if needed we can email a reply.
